This year, Ecocert is a partner of the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit’s North America Edition. It will be hosted from the 28th to the 30th of September 2020. Because of the current context, the summit organizers took the decision to make it online.
This new virtual edition will discuss practical approaches to change product design, formulations, consumption… to help prepare for a circular economy. The summit will be the occasion to discuss different questions: How can brands reduce their impacts by using plant-based materials? What upcycled ingredients are making their way into personal care products? What bio-based materials are replacing plastics?
Organized by Ecovia Intelligence, a lot of participants will be there to talk about these questions during seminars (webinars) and virtual workshops : cosmetic manufacturers, ingredient and raw material suppliers, distributors, industry organisations, certification agencies, researchers.
