The Terroir Charlevoix certification guarantees:

Only products coming from farms and processors on the Charlevoix region are eligible.

Certified vegetable products come completely from the Charlevoix region.

Products of animal origin come from animals raised on the Charlevoix region.

Transformed products have at least 50% of their ingredients from the Charlevoix region.

Animals have an adapted feed program that includes the maximum amount of grain and forage from the region.
